The Moorland Wonderscape Eco-Arts Project 2015 has only been made possible with thanks to funding from O2 Think Big. Project Partners.

The Moorland Wonderscape project has also been organised in partnership with Sheffield University and the Moors for the Future Community Science Team who are based at the Moorland Visitor Centre in Edale.

Department of Landscape.

The department of Landscape at Sheffield University used the project as an opportunity to research the value of green space in Sheffield and the Peak National Park. To find out more click the link below.

 

 

 

Moors for the Future

Community Science Team.

The Community Science Team have been a huge help, particularly in achieving the second project aim: 

2) To increase participation in environmental conservation projects on the moorlands 

They have given presentations for every group that has participated in the trip and provided information about the local conservation projects on the Moorlands. They have accompanied the groups on walks and assisted in wildlife identification for the Spot Monitoring postcards.
