Exhibition Showcase

After the final workshop in August, all of the beautiful artwork that has been made for this project was ready for display. On Thursday 3rd September I organised an exhibition showcase evening in Edale Village Hall and invited all the groups that had participated in the project as well as local villagers and members of the public. The evening was an opportunity to showcase all of the artwork and celebrate the end of the project. It included talks from the Moors for the Future Community Science Team, live music performances and an open mic session, as well as a scrumptious buffet! The evening was a huge success and well attended, and the work will go on to be displayed in two seperate exhibitions at the Moor Delicatessan in Sheffield and the Moorland Visitor Centre in Edale. Thank you to everyone who came along and shared in a lovely evening.
