The First Crisis Workshop.

On 3rd August I ran a workshop with a group of people from Crisis in Sheffield. We met at the village hall and walked up to the Moorland Centre where we were given a talk about local conservation projects. We were given spot monitoring postcards to take with us on a walk up to the Nab. It was a challenging walk, but the views from the top were spectacular. On the way down we spotted some butterflies and bumble-bees. When we returned to the village we headed over to Cooper's Cafe for lunch and a selection of cakes. Afterwards I ran an art workshop where we worked with acrylic paints and chalk pastels and made several beautiful pieces of artwork inspired by the Moorland experience.
