Photos from the Allotment soup, 20 14 event on the manor allotments, sheffield.

Allotment Soup, 2014, was an anual event organised by the charity Grow Sheffield. The aim of the event was to unite artists and the local community to encourage people to get active in their environment. The event featured artists, poets and dancers and in addition to madeleina's live vegetable painting, the activities included: fresh apple pressing, willow weaving, raku firing, dance performances and poetry readings. The Manor is a deprived area of Sheffield City and the event was a huge success in bringing the local community together in a positive and rewarding experience.
